The exhibition in the Blue Bedroom of the Winter Palace in the Hermitage is devoted to one of the most
complicated forms of decorative and applied art - artistic creations from fine silver wire made by masters
of India, China and Southeast Asia.

The exhibition in the Menshikov Palace includes more than 100 examples of Tula arms production from the Arsenal collection
within the State Hermitage, which is considered one of the largest of its kind in the world.

The oeuvre of Marc Chagall is for the first time presented so completely in St Petersburg. The exposition includes 65 paintings
and 82 graphic works. The exhibition includes works from the Russian Museum collection, the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, the National
Museum of Modern Art, Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, Musee national Message Biblique Marc Chagall in Nice, the Beieler Foundation in
Basel, museums of Pskov, Saratov and Tula, Isaac Brodsky Memorial Museum in St Petersburg and private collections in Russia and abroad,

The Stroganov Palace
The Russian Museum owns one of the world's best collections of porcelain manufactured by Russian porcelain factories
(Imperial Porcelain Factory, Popov, Kornilov, Kuznetsov and Gardner factories).
The collection consists of more than 10 000 items. The exhibition stars with the produce of the Gardner Porcelain Factory
- one of the biggest private enterprises in Russia. For over two centuries the factory was a successful competitor of the
Imperial Porcelain Factory. This is the first ever large-scale exhibition of Gardner porcelain.
Over five hundred exhibits - services, vases, porcelain plastics - reflect all the stages of porcelain production in Russia.
